Victoria Wynn: Entrepreneur, Fine Artist, Experience Design Jedi

Vic's Story...

I call this special piece of land "sacred property" thanks to memories growing up with my loving father who was always on the look out for a beach house for my mom who suffered from Multiple Sclerosis and depression. She only found peace by the sea so my childhood was in cars with realtors seeking the perfect beach house for mom.

The housing market was so bad that it just never happened despite my dad's best efforts. They eventually both passed not long ago and left me with an inheritance which I deemed "sacred money". 

I refused to waste it and instead added it to my savings and purchased my dream property and immediately built a small beach house (The Colada Cabana) to bring to life a legacy of sharing the love of the ocean with my family, friends and soon, our guests visiting Azure Shores Estates.

On this project, I serve as the interior design lead, experience designer and I'll be running the marketing campaigns & PR.

My design and marketing portfolio includes Forbes, NBC, ABC, ESPN, Coca Cola, NASA, Disney and Stein Eriksen Group "Chateaux" in Park City

(Though my favorite portfolio includes 5 incredible humans that make my world go round... my kids!)

Brett Chestnut: Luxury home builder, visionary, gentleman of fortune

Bret's Story...

My heart has always been happiest on the water. Having a vacation home right on the beach in Belize is something I'd like to share with my friends and family. Coupling that vision with a balanced business plan to turn this dream into an ideal investment property is exciting to me.
A creator and artist at heart, I have spent my career building businesses that help facilitate beauty and creation. I've owned and operated a woodworking company, managed trades companies and currently own a design/build contracting firm.
Aside from my construction career, I coordinate events, officiate weddings and thoroughly enjoy organizing groups. This Belize property is the perfect place for me and everything I believe in. However, the most important part to me are the people I build it with and enjoying the process of it's creation.
For this project, I will be serving as the creator of the business plan framework and taking lead on the construction part of the process. I am dedicated to its success and seeing it through. I look forward to drinking a mojito with you on the roof deck of the villa!

Brent Rose: Real Estate Finance/ Development/ Construction/ Asset Management

 Brent's Story...

I've had an richly blessed career in finance spanning 24 years. Throughout my journey, I've orchestrated strategic financing and capital infusion, amounting to billions of dollars, across a diverse spectrum of residential, commercial, and mixed-use projects. 

This particular project excites me, not only for the unique and rare investment opportunity, but I have a deep love and respect for the ocean. I scuba dive, fish and was a competitive swimmer as a youth. I'm looking forward to enjoying the property with my family, creating unforgettable memories. The Azure Shores Estates vision feeds my soul on many levels. 

I've been assisting the development of this project in the areas of financial strategy, strategic business development and using my extensive asset management background to ensure we are set up for success from a financial standpoint.
